Terms & Conditions
Advance Payment: A refundable deposit of *30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
Final Payment: The remaining *70% of the total booking amount must be paid 2 days prior your journey ends according to a schedule that will be shared with you after booking confirmation.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via UPI (Unified Payments Interface), cash, and bank transfer.
Confirmation: Your booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
Cancellation Due to Late Payment: Failure to make the final payment as per the scheduled time may result in the cancellation of the booking. Please ensure timely payment to avoid any inconvenience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Traveler:
Cancellations made 30 Days or more prior to the start date of the trip: 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellations made between 29 days and 15 days prior to the start date of the trip: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the start date of the trip: No refund will be provided.
For partial cancellations (reducing the number of travelers or rooms), the refund amount will be based on the percentage of the total booking amount for the cancelled portion.
Cancellation by the Travel Agency:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances; we will provide a full refund of the total booking amount.
No Show:
No refund will be provided for no-shows or early checkouts.
Refund Method:
Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued via the same method used for the original payment.
Force Majeure:
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, riot, strikes or acts of terrorism.
