Cancellation by the Traveler:

• Cancellations made 30 Days or more prior to the start date of the trip: 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made between 29 days and 15 days prior to the start date of the trip: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the start date of the trip: No refund will be provided.
• For partial cancellations (reducing the number of travelers or rooms), the refund amount will be based on the percentage of the total booking amount for the cancelled portion.

Cancellation by the Travel Agency:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances; we will provide a full refund of the total booking amount.
